Hotel Slavova Krepost - Melnik (Blagoevgrad)

This hotel is a hidden gem in a charming little town. The location is perfect, just off the main street in the center of town, allowing easy access to all the sights and attractions. The hotel is situated on a steep hill, providing breathtaking views of the entire town of Melnik. Our room, located on the 3rd floor with a balcony, offered us a great view every morning. The basic amenities in the room were satisfactory and we appreciated the attention to detail such as having a balcony to enjoy the fresh air.

All was great and we had a wonderful stay.

The location of this hotel is simply perfect. It is situated in a nice quiet area, very close to the center of town. You can easily explore the whole town of Melnik from the hotel's location on a steep hill. And the best part? The rooms on the 3rd floor offer a great view of the town! I loved waking up and enjoying the view from my small balcony.

The only small improvement that could be made would be the comfort of the beds.

The hotel is well-located, with everything in town nearby. It's right in the center, close to all the tourist attractions and restaurants. the staff is friendly and helpful, with great knowledge of the region and its history. the rooms are comfortable and spacious, with lovely views of the town. the breakfast is excellent, with a choice of traditional Bulgarian food.

The Wi-Fi connection can be unreliable at times.

The breakfast was pretty good, and the view from my room was nice. the hotel is located in a convenient area close to several shops, making it easy to grab some snacks.

The room I was assigned was cramped and the bed was uncomfortable. the Wi-Fi was slow and spotty, making it difficult to get any work done.

Great location on a hill with beautiful views. Clean apartment with jacuzzi and comfortable beds. Tasty breakfast, worth the money. Friendly hosts who handled issues caused by heavy rain. Highly recommended for visitors.

This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The view from the room was stunning and the location was perfect. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and caused me to have a backache throughout the stay. Also, the bathroom drainage was positioned in an awkward position, causing the entire bathroom to be wet after every shower. The noise level from the neighboring properties could be heard from the room, making it difficult to sleep at night. the stay was okay, but the discomfort of the bed overshadowed the good aspects of the hotel.

Right in the center, clean rooms, excellent breakfast, and helpful staff made this stay lovely.

Couldn't fault, this hotel exceeded my expectations.
